Repo company only lets you pick up car between 10 and 11
I called the 800 number 800-301-5010 and it said press one for repossession. So I did and they told me I have to go online and schedule an appointment to get my car back. The tow place is only open 3 or 4 days a week and the only time you can pick up your car is between 10 AM and 11:15 AM Monday through Thursday. Doesn't matter which day, those are the hours. They are out here taking cars at all hours but you can't get yours back 24/7.
I paid on Monday to get my car released and here it is Thursday and I still don't have it.
