Paid for wood bird houses but got plastic ones

I ordered two Amos bird houses because they were supposed to be wood and hand carved. That's what the listing said anyway. When they showed up, they were plastic. Plain plastic. You could just tell by looking at them, they weren't carved at all.

I paid about $82 total for both of them. I tried to see if maybe I got the wrong thing but no, it was from Amos hand carved bird house business which I guess is also Marlow Marketing. It just didn't make sense to me why they would send plastic when the whole point is the wood carving. I haven't heard anything back about it.
