Carnival company kept our 4000 dollar deposit
Then in December we tried to get a hold of him and our mail started getting returned. He finally emailed us in July 2026 saying he wasn't coming. We asked for our deposit back through email but he never sent it. Found out he did the same thing to 7 other festivals in Missouri.
