Bought an EpiCooler unit and it’s just a fan
The stuff never came at first. I emailed them and the big unit showed up that same day, but the neck coolers never did. When I opened the box and tried it, it’s just a rectangular fan. Like, no cooling at all. Just air blowing.
I asked for a refund a bunch of times. They said they’d give me 25% back and I didn’t even have to return it. I said no to that. Now they’re saying they need a photo of the unit not working as advertised. Like, how do I take a picture of it not cooling? They won’t do anything else until I send that. I’m stuck with a fan I didn’t want and no neck coolers.
