Ordered a Halloween decoration over a month ago and nothing came

I ordered a Halloween decoration for my sister back on July 14 of this year. It's been over a month now and it has never been received. I checked my bank statement and it was paid for, so they definitely took the money.

There's no way of me getting a hold of this company. The website is Anchandice.com and the email I have is [email protected]. I even tried calling the number on the site, (518) 588-8590, but nobody answers. I'm out $44 and my sister never got her gift.
