Voicemail promising a $45,000 loan out of nowhere

Got a voicemail from someone named Sarah saying she was with Anchor Lending. She said some good news came through on my loan file and I could get $45,000 today, either for personal use or to pay off creditors. I never applied for any loan with them.

She left a callback number, (369) 216-6437, and said to ring her back whenever I got a sec. I don't know how she got my number or why she thinks I have a loan file with them. I didn't call back because something about it felt off. Just wanted to note this down in case anyone else gets the same message.
