Dozens of calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls from different numbers, like 4 to 10 times a day. They all leave the same voicemail saying it's Sarah from Anchor Lending or sometimes Yellow Lending. The message says I can get a $45,000 loan today, but I never applied for anything.

The voicemail always says the same thing about my loan file having good news and to call back at (369) 216-6437. It's clearly spoofed numbers because they change every time. I don't know how they got my number, but it's getting ridiculous. I haven't lost any money, but the constant calls are just annoying.
