Voicemail about legal notice with no company name

I got a phone call today but didn't answer because my cell service flagged it as spam risk. The caller ID just showed 1111111, which was weird. They left a voicemail, sounded like a recorded message, saying I was going to be served with paperwork today and that the call itself counted as legal notice.

They used my maiden name which felt strange. They gave a call back number of (844) 480-6544 and a reference case number of 4117556. Said they were calling from Franklin County but never listed any company name in the voicemail. So I called the number back and the message just says "Anderson & Wilkinson". I have no idea about any legal actions against me for anything. This person also called my ex-husband and he lives in another state entirely.
