Voice message about my husband with a case number

I got this call and so did my mother-in-law, both about my husband. The message was from a guy named Andrew. He said they got some documents in their office for my husband and gave a reference case number like 239-*****. Then he said they were getting ready to send out more papers and that my husband would have to be home to sign for them. If they couldn't get him at home, they'd try his work.

He said to stop further action from being taken, we needed to call 951-552-7262. And at the end he said the call was being recorded as proof they tried to notify us. There was also a link to listen to the full voice message but I didn't click on it.

This feels like a debt collection thing but they didn't even say what it was about. My husband doesn't know what this is either. We didn't lose any money but it's just weird and stressful getting this kind of call.
