Instagram animal rescue page keeps asking for money

I started following this animal rescue called animal96313 on Instagram. Their stories are really triggering, just horrible videos of animals suffering and injured in the worst ways. It's really hard to watch.

All they do is ask for money through PayPal. There's no website or anything. They show these awful videos of animals in terrible situations but never any rescue or follow up video. And the cost is always the same, $940 or $950. It just doesn't make sense.
