Vendor application asked for Social Security number and EIN

Someone from Anoka Fair County Fall Festival contacted us at Mr Taco llc about being a vendor. They wanted a lot of sensitive info from us. Social Security numbers, EIN, business bank account, and other stuff I can't even remember right now.

I tried to go back and upload the forms they sent but they denied me access to it. So now I can't even pull up what they asked for.

The phone number they used was (425) 575-8612 and the email was [email protected]. They said they were in Anoka, MN. I'm out $300 from this.
