Text saying I won $500,000 but I never entered

I got a text from someone named Wayne Bratty saying he's a charity donator from Anonymous Organization. It said they're giving out $500,000 cash to random people and my number was taken from a legal source. I didn't sign up for anything like that.

The text told me to contact agent CHARLES WOODLEY and send my prize code to his number +13292040121. The code they gave me was R***@ which doesn't even look real. I called the number 1(970) 831-8450 that was listed but it just seems off. They're in Queens, NY but the other number has a different area code.

I never gave them any money or info. Just wanted to report this because it's clearly a scam. The whole thing doesn't make sense.
