Treated me without telling me the price first

I went to Ansbrowaesthetics for treatments over a couple years. I always paid cash or Venmo, never more than $600 at a time, spread out over weeks and months. She would treat the areas and never tell me the pricing upfront. Just injected me and then at the end of the appointment hit me with some outrageous price that was never agreed on. Like an [censored] I paid it every time. There was no transparency around pricing at all.

I also bought product from her that took forever to ship and arrive. When it finally came it smelled like mold. She doesn't even offer that product anymore. I asked for treatment documents and itemized receipts for billing and pricing and got zero response.
