Refrigerator broke in a week and no refund yet
But it broke in less than a week. Just stopped working. I contacted them through the email on their site, [email protected], and also called the number (888) 668-5232. Every single day it's a different thing they want me to do. Send a photo. Send a video. Fill out this form. Call this other number. It's been almost a week now and they keep moving the goalpost every time I do what they ask.
I'm honestly at my breaking point. I'm stressed out and I'm mad because now I have this broken refrigerator taking up space and I have to pay someone to haul it away. They just keep saying they're processing my request but nothing happens. I just want my money back.
