Paid $600 for a puppy then got charged extra fees I wasn’t told about

I ordered a puppy and paid $600 for it. Then the carrier said I had to pay an extra $599 to put the animal in the right carrier. They said that was all they needed. So I paid it. After that they told me I had to pay another $800 for insurance. This should have been told upfront. They won’t deliver the puppy and they won’t give back the $599 that was supposed to be refundable. Their website is apexcourier.ltd and the email they used was [email protected].
