Invested in online stores and now they want more money

I put a lot of money into these two e-commerce stores. When I tried to take my funds out, it did go to my wallet. But then the customer service people from both companies told me I needed to pay state sales tax and federal tax first. So I paid that, and then they came back saying I needed to pay another 20,000. They said after that a person would come to my physical location.

I really think these online stores are bogus. I went to my local police station to see if they could help, but they just told me to come here. I want my money back.

I have all the evidence saved, including the transfers I made to Coinbase and my bank account. If you need any of the documents, just let me know and I can bring them in or submit them online.
