Rent to Own ad on Instagram asked for my social security number

I saw this ad on Instagram about Rent to Own homes and filled out a form to get more info. They texted me asking what I was looking for in a house and then sent a link to some kind of application. I put in my social security number, date of birth, annual income, all of that. My son did it too so he could be a co-applicant.

They said a payment specialist would call me Tuesday August 4th at 10am. That day I got texts confirming the appointment, even a few minutes before 10. But nobody ever called. When I tried calling the number they gave me, every menu option just hung up on me.

Something felt off so I texted them asking to remove my application and all my info. The phone number was (941) 205-9313 and the website link they sent was through leadconnectorhq. I never gave them any money but I'm worried about what they have.
