Signed up and now locked out of my earnings

I signed up on their website Apollo Systems AI and for the last three weeks I have been answering their questions. It says I have $2411.31 in funds but they told me I had to reach the $10,000 mark before I could withdraw anything. That contradicts their ads. Then I got locked out because I would not upgrade from the basic plan.

I have contacted support about every three days and all I get is the same canned response saying they will reply in 48 hours. To date they have never addressed any of my problems with their platform. I have not been able to withdraw any funds even though the site shows I earned that money. This is just another scam on the public.
