Text about failed bitcoin payment on Apple Pay

I got a text saying a bitcoin payment failed on Apple Pay. My daughter called the number in the text, (833) 417-2274. They talked her into using some app and next thing we knew a payment went from her credit union to Apple Cash. Then her Apple Cash got used for bitcoin and more. We lost $2,500 total.
