Call about a charge to remove my info from a stranger

Got a call from (888) 341-4452 saying there was a charge of almost $200 to have something removed. They told me someone in Orlando, FL was using my info and they would set up to have that persons account emptied.

Only it was my account they were taking money from. I lost 1578.69 dollars. They used FaceTime audio and the email [email protected]. I dont know how they got my info in the first place. This was supposed to be about healthcare or medicaid stuff.
