Website pretending to be government passport site

I was on this site, apply.ivs.us/passport, trying to do something with my passport. It was only when I got to the checkout part that I realized this is not the official government site. It's trying to mimic one. I felt dumb for not catching it sooner.

I've reached out to them 2 times since May 2026 to ask them to delete my information. No one has ever responded to me. I just want my info off their site. It makes me uncomfortable that they have it and won't even reply.
