Phone call saying I was approved for a personal loan

I got a call from someone named April saying she was following up on my personal loan inquiry. She said she could get me a better approval with improved terms than what I was originally offered. She told me to press 2 or call her back at 866-771-6045.

She said they could get me up to $53,000 at 4.9% with payments around $852. She said as long as I could show steady income there might still be options even if my credit wasn't as strong as before. She also said she could check if a higher amount was available.

I never inquired about any personal loan so none of this made sense. The number she left was 866-771-6045 and the call came from 1(909) 554-2137. I didn't lose any money but it felt like a setup to get my information.
