Paid for clothes and shoes but nothing ever showed up

I paid about 58 dollars for some clothing and shoes from this seller. The email I have is [email protected]. They keep saying the stuff was delivered but I have a doorbell camera and I can tell you nothing was ever dropped off. Not a single box or bag.

I just want my money back. I live on a fixed income and losing this money really hurt me. I don't know what else to do since they won't listen when I tell them I never got the package.
