Cat toy order with an upgrade I never asked for

I ordered a cat toy from them and they added an upgrade item for 59.99 to my order. I told them I didn't want it. They emailed me back saying I would get my refund in 9 to 10 business days.

That was a while ago and I still haven't got the money back. I keep sending emails to check on it and now they just come back saying the domain doesn't exist. So I'm out the 59.99 and can't even get ahold of them anymore.
