Ordered clothes from ARABAARABA and never got anything

I ordered some clothes from this website ARABAARABA.com because they had a good discount. They said it would be shipped by Fed Ex but then the tracking number they gave me was for some company called Tracking 718 US. That was my first red flag because Fed Ex has their own tracking system.

I waited about a month and contacted them twice. Then I checked their tracking and it said the package was delivered to my mailbox. But it wasn't. I looked into it and found out this Tracking 718 company is used by scammers to make it look like things are delivered when they aren't. I asked for a refund and they just ignored me. I'm going to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.
