Phone call about a case number I never heard of

Got a call from 480-996-0691 and it was some automated message. It said it was an important call intended for someone else, but then it started talking about case number and a complaint that was forwarded to their office. It said to press one to speak to an agent or call 866-550-1752. Said it was time sensitive and needed immediate attention.

I looked up the number and it comes back to Tucson, AZ, and some place called Arizona Autism Therapy. I have nothing to do with that. I don't know what case they're talking about. It just didn't make sense. I never called them back because it felt weird. Just wanted to put this out there so others know.
