Letter about vehicle service contract with no company address

Got this cheap mailer on August 1st that said "important vehicle information" and "Official Business" with "Penalty for private use, $300" on it. They had my name and address, I have no idea where they got that from. I never asked for this.

It said "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us regarding your vehicle service contract" which is completely false. I never contacted them about anything. Then they want me to call 1-855-711-0086 with my VIN and current mileage before August 14, 2026. They talk about "neglecting to activate your coverage" like it's a threat or something.

Why do they threaten people like this? The bottom of the letter says ARN is an independent company that provides stuff but there's no state, no email, no address. Just a different 1-877 number. I get so many of these ads in the mail, I wonder how they even got my address. How can I make this stop?
