Website says full refund but wants me to ship to China

I bought some items from arthurhendon.com and their site says they have a full refund policy. So I emailed [email protected] to ask how to return everything. Someone wrote back with my options but then told me I have to send the items to an address in China first for inspection before I get any refund. That doesn't match what the website says at all. I spent $203 and now I'm stuck figuring out how to get my money back.

Order by mistake but couldn't cancel it

I placed an order on arthurhendon.com by mistake and tried to cancel it right away but couldn't get through. I emailed [email protected] and never heard back.

It didn't come when it was supposed to. Then about 3 weeks later it finally showed up and it was damaged. I paid $173.48 for this. I just want my money back at this point.
