Ordered from artuvate and now they won't let me cancel
When I tried to start a return, they just don't respond for days. Then when they finally do get back to me, they say I have to try their products for 30 days first. That makes no sense. I don't want to try them, I want my money back. It's $81 I basically lost. Total scam.
I've emailed them at [email protected] and still nothing helpful. They just keep pushing that 30 day thing.
