Website looked official but charged way too much for Aruba ED card

I was trying to apply for my Aruba ED card and the first website that came up on Google was ArubaEDEntry.com. It looked like it was government affiliated so I went ahead and used it.

Turns out I got charged $150 for something that should have only been $40 through the real government website. They're listed in Sheridan, WY.

I feel like this site is designed to trick people who are just trying to get their travel documents done.
