Ordered from arvysa and package said delivered but never came

I ordered from arvysa and waited and waited. Finally it showed online that my package was sent. Then after more waiting it said delivered. It was NOT delivered. I contacted the company and they apologized and said they would send out another order. I asked for the name of the company that was supposed to have delivered it. The reply was they would send it with a reputable company.

Finally the 2nd package was sent. It was the exact same thing as the first, not delivered. I contacted them again and they replied they would look into it. After awhile I contacted them again and got no reply at all.

Do not use this company. It is a scam. I will never get my package or my money back.
