Freeze dryer order never showed up and nobody answers
So I called the phone number and it's not even this business number, it belongs to a logistics company that's been owned for over 40 years. Then I searched the address on arzebrand.com and it belongs to a reserve company.
I've emailed and chat messaged several times and never get a response. It all looks legit but it is a scam. I reported it to my credit card company and it's being disputed right now and the company has not responded to them either.
