Vacation booking never happened and no refund from ASAP Tickets

I booked a vacation through ASAP Tickets and paid them $3,544.02. The trip never took place. I have been trying to get my money back from them and they just won't do it.

I don't know what else to do. This company has my money and I have nothing to show for it. They failed to refund me and I think they are fraudulent. I'm reporting them because this is just not right.
