Towing company took my car before street sweeping started

This towing company targeted my car. Street sweeping on Thursdays is from 8am to 2pm, but my car was towed before that. I looked at their website and there are a lot of reviews from other people saying the same thing, they target cars early in the morning before the street sweeping time even starts.

They charged me $450 to get my car back. Their address is 12950 Valley Blvd in La Puente, CA. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their phone number is (626) 257-0711. It just feels like they do this on purpose.
