Shoes from Ashley Bennett Dallas were bad quality and now no one replies
I emailed them to start the return and got AI generated responses saying they needed pictures. I sent the pictures and was told a team would review it and update me on my status shortly. Since then I haven't gotten another response, even after multiple follow ups. They also have a no return policy after a certain number of days, so it looks like they're just waiting it out until it's past that point.
I looked online and other people seem to have the exact same issue with the emails and no refunds. Also their listed address at 8687 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75225 is wrong because they don't have a shop in that mall. Do not buy from them.
