Paid $250 for VA marketing services and got blocked

I paid Ashley $250 for VA marketing services. She says she's a consultant for a home care agency and also offered VA marketing stuff. After two months the VA still couldn't use the system so I talked to Ashley and asked if I could just get reimbursed. She said yes.

I emailed her the invoice and kept getting told it was going to get paid. It never did. I sent an Apple Pay request too and still nothing. Now she's blocked me on social media.
