Shoes took weeks and came in a plastic bag
I asked for a refund and they told me I needed to send proof that the shoes don't fit and show the size, so I took pictures and sent them. Then they said they had to send it to their quality team for review. That was a while ago and I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service.
