Ordered online and got cheap knockoff instead

I placed an order on ashleybennettdallas.com and when it finally showed up it was nothing like the pictures. The quality was terrible, the sewing was all uneven, and the sizing was way off. It was pretty obvious right away this was a scam.

I emailed [email protected] and actually got a response at first. I sent them pictures of what I got and asked for a refund. After that they just stopped replying. Never heard back from them again.

I'm out $79.99 and stuck with merchandise I can't even use.

Website said money back guaranteed but they only offered 30%

I bought two suits from this site. Their site said money back guaranteed and returns were fine. I wore the clothing and it didn't fit me. The quality was beyond ridiculous and trashy.

I emailed them for a return and they said I had to send pictures first. So I sent photos and videos of what was wrong. Then they said they would only give me a 30% refund. I refused because that's not what their site said.

Since then they just ignore me and won't process my refund. I'm out $121.86.
