Keeps calling every day and won't stop after I blocked them

This number 855-762-5665 has been calling me several times a day for over a week now. They keep asking for a call back. So finally I did call them back and they answered saying Associate Recovery. I asked what they wanted and who I was talking to but they just asked for the phone number they had called. Then they said they would transfer me but they never did, just left me on hold for a few minutes.

I blocked the number but they are still calling. It doesn't make any sense. They have my number so why do they need to ask me for it? I have no idea what this is about and they won't tell me anything. Just keeps happening every single day.
