Dress came after wedding and nobody answers emails

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it showed up after the wedding was over. That was bad enough. Then I looked at their return policy and it said I had 14 days after receiving the item to send it back.

The dress came on 8/4 and I emailed them on 8/10. Nothing. Emailed again on 8/12. Still nothing. I even sent them two private messages on Facebook messenger and they never replied to those either.

Now it's been way more than 14 days so I guess I'm stuck with it. There's no phone number anywhere on their site either. So yeah, they just ignore you completely.
