Charged for a service tier I never wanted

I got an email from [email protected] about credit repair and debt relief. They told me I wouldn't have to pay anything upfront. I got put into a service tier I did not want and they pressured me to stay in it. I never used the service and I didn't even activate the card they sent me.

I asked them to cancel and they still charged me anyway. I ended up losing $89.09. I just don't understand why they said I wouldn't have to pay anything and then took my money.
