Call saying I owed ATT money from an old settled debt

Someone called me from (833) 955-4505 saying they were collecting for ATT. They said I owed money on a debt that was already settled a long time ago. I know for a fact I didn't owe it and it was already taken care of.

They sent me to a website too, https://s-url.pro/L8J0qn. I didn't give them anything because none of it made sense. The whole thing felt off from the start.

I just want this to stop. I don't owe anything and this keeps coming up.
