Call saying my replacement phone was coming by UPS
I took it to the AT&T store to have them help me set it up and they told me they didn't send that phone out to me. They said the call was a scam. Apparently someone orders the phone and when the customer isn't home, UPS just drops it off outside and someone is waiting around to grab it.
I didn't lose any money but it's still messed up. The website they gave me was https://www.att.com/mystore/VX210SQ5 and they listed an address in San Antonio, TX 78251. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it.
