Email demanding money for a debt I already paid

I got an email from someone named Jessica Armstrong saying I owed $1630.45 to Ace Cash Express. They said if I didn't pay they would take me to court. I told them no because I had a receipt showing I already paid that account off and it was closed. I even told them the company told me I didn't owe anything and they had no right to collect.

After that they got worse. They started threatening to have me served and arrested. Then they started asking me personal stuff like if I'd ever been arrested before. It was really strange and felt like harassment. I didn't pay them anything.
