Hearing aids order impossible to return or get help

I bought hearing aids from Audexa and now I can't get ahold of anybody. There's no way to talk to a real person on the phone, and they won't let me return the hearing aids either. I spent about $109 on these.

The shipping address they gave was 2407 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160, but I'm pretty sure that's not a real place. I've seen other people say the same thing about them scamming folks. I just want to send them back and get my money back, but there's nobody to even ask about it.
