Tracking number stuck in Texas for over a month

I placed an order on July 21 2026 with this company. They sent me a tracking number and it shows the package in Texas for over 30 plus days now. It has never moved at all.

I have tried emailing them at [email protected] and I just keep getting a message saying mail system delivery. No one ever actually answers me. I'm out 74.98 dollars and have nothing to show for it.
