Ordered clothes in September and never got them

I bought several clothes back in September from Auditory.com. Nothing ever showed up, and it happened twice. I've been emailing them about a refund and I keep getting the same email back saying they are backed up with refunds. That's all I get, the same response over and over.

I told them I was going to report them since I never got my items and this feels fraudulent. They still just reply with the same thing. I'm out $48.64 and all I want is my refund.
