Signed up for a trial and now they keep charging me

I signed up for Aura through their website for what I thought was just a trial. The price was supposed to be real low to start, but then they hit me with a hidden cost of $100 that I didn't see coming. I didn't agree to that at all.

I've been trying to cancel the subscription ever since and I still can't get it done. I called the number on the site and emailed them too but nobody has actually helped me stop the charges. It's been a few weeks now and I just want my money back and for them to leave my card alone. Still stuck with this thing and no real answer from anyone.
