Ordered a premium poster but got a pixelated cloth towel instead

I ordered from auraivo.com because they had this poster advertised as premium quality, high gloss paper with vibrant colors. I paid 40 dollars for it. What I got in the mail was a cloth towel with a horribly pixelated image on it. Looks just awful.

Tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The website is still up though. Just feels like a complete waste of money.
