Ordered shoes from auraol.us and never got them

I ordered shoes from this website, auraol.us, back on June 23rd and I still haven't gotten anything. I've been emailing them at [email protected] for updates. The first time they said they didn't have access to the "new store's system" and would check when they could. I emailed again and they asked for more time, saying they were hopeful my order would be dispatched in July.

Then I emailed a third time asking for a refund because this is getting ridiculous. They said they had an "unexpected technical issue" that's preventing them from giving refunds and they need more time. So basically I'm out $65.83 and have no shoes and no money back.
